Straight Talk

What results look like

What can realistically come off your file, how long it takes, and what we will never claim.

The Honest Version

Your results depend on your file. Anyone who says otherwise is selling something.

Every credit report is different. A file with three unverifiable collections and a re-aged charge-off has a very different ceiling than a file with six accurate, current late payments. That is why we start every relationship with a free three-bureau review — so you hear a specific, honest assessment of your file instead of an average someone put on a billboard.

Here is what we can tell you with confidence, because it comes from federal law rather than marketing.

What Comes Off — And What Does Not

Two lists worth knowing before you hire anyone

Frequently Removable

  • Collections that cannot be verified by the furnisher
  • Charge-offs with inaccurate balances, dates, or status
  • Late payments reported in error or on the wrong month
  • Duplicate accounts — the same debt listed twice
  • Re-aged accounts where the delinquency date was reset
  • Hard inquiries you never authorized
  • Personal information errors that let mismatched data attach to your file

Not Removable — By Anyone

  • Accurate, current, verifiable accounts
  • Late payments that genuinely happened and are reported correctly
  • A bankruptcy that is accurately reported and within its reporting window
  • Debts you legitimately owe, simply because you would prefer they were gone

If a company promises to remove accurate information, walk away. That promise is illegal to make and impossible to keep.

The Timeline

What the law actually guarantees you

Days 1–5 — Disputes filed

Once your file is audited and your strategy is confirmed, your first round of item-specific disputes goes out to the bureaus and furnishers.

Roughly 30 days — Investigation window

The Fair Credit Reporting Act generally requires bureaus to complete a reinvestigation within about 30 days of receiving a dispute. Anything they cannot verify must be corrected or deleted.

Days 30–45 — First responses land

Results arrive by mail and post to your monitoring. Some items fall off. Some come back verified — and those get escalated in the next round with a different legal angle.

Round after round — Until the file is clean

Credit repair is rarely one-and-done. The difference between a firm that works and one that does not is what happens on rounds two, three, and four.

Individual results vary based entirely on the contents of your credit report. No company — including ours — can lawfully guarantee a specific score increase, a specific deletion, or a specific timeframe.

Why This Page Has No Screenshots

We publish client results only when we can document them.

Our industry is full of score-jump screenshots pulled from stock photos, other companies’ clients, and outright invention. Clear Credit Solution is a newer firm, and we would rather show you nothing than show you something we cannot prove.

As our clients earn results and give us permission to share them, verified outcomes will appear on this page — with the specifics that actually matter: what was removed, from which bureau, and how long it took. Until then, we would rather earn your trust with a free review of your own file than a stranger’s numbers.
